You open a role. The inbox fills. Then what?
StoA reads every application, looks for the evidence behind every claim, and runs pre-screening around the clock. You run the stages and you make the call.
A CV is a claim. StoA looks for the evidence.
A resume is the story a candidate tells about themselves. StoA holds that story against consistency, references and risk signals, and shows you where it holds.
One platform, two sides
StoA is a swipe-to-apply experience for the candidate and a decision panel for the employer. The same matching engine joins them: candidates stop chasing postings, employers stop reading piles.

Decision
Rests on intuition

Frequently asked
Does the AI make the decision?
No. StoA scores, ranks and shows its reasoning; the hiring decision always sits with a human recruiter. We do not use fully automated decision-making where the outcome has legal effect.
Where is candidate data stored?
In data centres in the United Kingdom and/or the European Economic Area. For candidate data the employer is the controller and Future Autonoms is the processor, acting only on the employer's instructions.
Is our data used to train models?
No. Your proprietary data is never used to train the foundational models shared with other clients. Only anonymised, aggregated data is used for improvement.
Can we see what a score is based on?
Yes. The candidate detail shows which competency each point came from. The Shadow Resume separately flags what the CV leaves out: consistency, references and risk signals.
How do we start?
With a pilot. We define the scope, the owner and the success measure together, then scale by volume.
